when i try to summon ritual/fusion monsters nothing happens

As in the title, I do the correct steps and nothing happens. I just get no animation and i can't do anything. Can't surrender, and everything I click on the screen does nothing. This happens with both fusion and ritual monsters. It's really annoying. happens in a duel, or in the tutorial. Can anyone help?
