Drowning Mirror Force is not battle trap and is never played by KoG players.

It's much more serious than battle traps. It includes any effects of a continuous trap, effect of a continuous spell, monster effects ANYWHERE.

Yep. This is an important card for Gaia deck since it stops ANYTHING that activates in Battle Phase, not just battle traps.

No reason to go 1st. I can also set up at turn 2 and Karma cut you at turn 3.

Turn 1 opponent makes their plays, can't attack and I don't see any gaia card doing burn damage

Turn 2: you try to make your plays if you get interrupted you set your backrow. Again I don't see any gaia card doing burn damage during either player's turn

Turn 3: Have you lost yet? I don't see how

So you think you will always draw you're karma cut and the other guy will not? gia has a spell speed 2 destruction if we get spiral fusion it might be good. Not tier 1 but good.

You're missing the main point. It disables ALL MONSTER EFFECTS that need an activation. Including all your "tech cards" hand traps. It goes much more deep than simply "stop battle traps".
