Technically, some speed spell CAN be used without cost but still has it's own minimum speed counter to activate it

In the anime, most speed-spell only requires minimum speed counter to activate, very few that cost that speed counter to be consumed.

But, in NDS console I've played before, 2009/2010/2011 most speed-spell consume speed counter and few didn't.

I actually think they did fine about the turbo duel system, it's pretty fun even if it was just a test for the game.

My only issue is how much SPC obtained when using a Synchro Summon. It's just ridiculous, a lot of my losses against lv60 Jack is caused by him getting to 10 SPC before I can complete my combo pieces for farming.
