But there's one drawback, it needs many cards: 2 materials (preferrably with 2000+ ATK), Polymerization, and GEPD in your hand.

Yup, this card is only good if there exist a level 4 photon with 2000ATK that can fusion summon into this without the need of a fusion spell.

Even so, we can already turbo out GEPD with much less hand card.

Nice, a -4 to summon GEPD when there's a better (as in, way less minus) and faster way to summon GEPD
