what's wrong with wanting more characters? the game became WAYYY better with the addition of 5D's and Yubel. It's a fact.

Considering we have the majority of their cards, no. I guess the Big Five could happen eventually, but probably only as NPC's. (I could see them being a future April Fools event in a similar, but more involved, way to Tristan's debut.)

I think James Crocodile and Brodie are likely to be added since they were also in the manga and not just in the series

That has zero influence on whether they're going to appear or not. Yubel, Tyranno and Sartorius didn't appear in the manga at all.
