Shows what you know, buddy. Special Summon Galaxy-Eyes, then pop out this guy, and then you can bring out a lot of Rank 8 Dragons: Cipher, Prime Photon, Tachyon, Dragluon... Don't dismiss Parsec so quickly. Could be very useful once we get those monsters.
