The actual uses of symphonics is to synchro summon and/or xyz summon (if that ever happens) because of their card altering effects. So to actually make a good deck, you would need to have useful synchros
'Technically'? I don't see anything technical in your words; you seem to be somehow 'upset' or 'displeased' about not having more than 3 monsters zones and 5 extra slots in a mobile game. Which is pretty much laughable, indeed.
