Frognarchs had Raiza, several ways to open with Treeborn in the grave, and (most importantly) a slower format with 8k LP. We live in the age of REZD where having 3 monsters, 2 of which have 3k atk after beatdown, is the norm. Treeborn will be a good card no doubt, but its in now way gamebreaking or anything close to that. Plus, no Fishborg Blaster either, and a lot of the power cards are missin
Frog Monarchs are a fun deck for sure!
However, I never played it.
I was more of a purest!
The only variations I liked were the Majesty's & Vanity's Fiend Monarch builds.
I don't consider myself a huge Monarch player fan.
They were my main competition along with Kozmo's!
I exclusively liked playing Burning Abyss!
I even played BA P.K Fire when they first started doing ban list hit's on BA.
I agree this card was way too OP in tcg during frog monarchs and to think of bringing it to duel links? Lol oh boy i see this card being banned just like how it used to be in tcg yugioh
