Balance is better because you can always start with one or two monsters and 2 or 3 spell / trap to protect them. I am never blocked because of attacking monsters in defense position.
even if u know the set card is man eater bug , what else you can do with your gladiator beast ?
dont forget impenetrable attack only can be activated in battle phase, not main phase
Man-Eater Bugs effect activates during the battle phase. Why would Main Phase even be in the equation unless it was the opponents turn AFTER setting the bug? And then, in that case, it doesn't matter anyway if you can see it. You're not good at this game, are you?
Even if mind scan is quite cheating, think about your starting hand. I for myself play mind scan with gladiator beast too but not this kind of deck, and it's not consistent because sometimes you'll brick your hand ,ex: hand full of monster or full of s/t. or if you're lucky, you've got a balance about those cards. and remember, the nerf they should do is limit the use of floodgate trap hole
Lol you know you would likely bricks with mind scan, still playing with that skill? Is it that hard to play without it? Play gb that only rely on good back row to succeed but scared to other people back row. Pathetic
