I guess that's a good point, would they make animations for the Normal Over hundreds or the CXYZ?
I prefer Normal Tachyon to Neo, but i can definitely see them just going with the CXYZ

It's not no or maybe. It's Yes. Period.

I can see them giving animation to base Over-Hundred, and MAYBE give animation to the upgrade form later on.

But I'm very sure the base form will get summon animation. It's always the base form that has priority in getting summon animation.
