I meant by how many copies I should pull for, 1 or 2? If I reset for my third run of the box, I'm gonna end up with only 1 copy but I want to know if it is worth getting 2 copies.
There's no way to directly answer that. It's currently the best generic Rank 4, but that won't last for too long. It also has a LOT of support in the TCG/OCG, and if you were to build a Utopia-based deck in the future, you'd likely require 3. If you just want it as a generic Rank 4, how many you need is your call.
I agree with you. This card would have been good 2 years ago during the same time WoD was powerful, but because Utopia has no other protection, nowadays with so many effects dealing with cards on the field during the Main Phase, these kind of effects are not very useful in Legend Rank, probably not in Platinum either.
We might get utopia lightning, but it seems they will do something about his effect at least, such as halving the battle damage he dealt.
5000 ATK that literally disable all other card when attacking is just too much in 4K lp, especially when you only need 2 level 4 monster in general.
