This card is ridiculous, stops red-eyes, toons, paladín, Horus, silent magician,... only thing idk if it be chained after the Phoenix review.. anyone know?
It doesn't stop Red-Eyes (especially REBD Vanillance - REBD Vanilla Ballance), it just stalls for a turn or two. Played with it, and can confirm that it can be chained to a Phoenix being Special summoned from the graveyard.

By the way it will not activate it's affect cause it's not summon on that turn it's coming from the grave and same with the red eyes,don't bother about it cause you have CV,and toons,toons are unaffected by card effects my boo

Idiot. It can stop Toons, since FGT will be asked to be chained when a Toon monster is summoned regardless of whether Toon Kingdom is there or not. I tested it out many times.
