Just remember that monsters with Special Summon condition, like Fusion, Synchro and Ritual, needs to be summoned properly before you can revive it from the Graveyard.
By reading the effect of other Nephthys support we are getting in this box I think that you can easily manage to search both the ritual spell and the ritual monster by just using the new support.
