This card is bugged. Opponent summoned Van Dalgyon Dragon lord and I already had FGTH set (2 turns prior) and wasn't able to activate it upon Dragonlord being summoned. ''When a card is summoned'' my @ss -_-
When the card effect says "when"the summoning must me the last thing to happen When Van Dalgyon is summon he activates his effect so floodgate misses timeing.
Just now I use Van Dalgyon effect to special summon and opponent able to flip my van dalgyon face down, so no misses timing over here. FGTH chain to Van Dalgyon effect and after resolve it flip Van Dalgyon face down and then opponent took 1500 damage.
Thats because he used it before it chained. FGTH cannot chain into a link 3. If 2 is already prevalent, it does not work, as the summon must be the last thing to resolve. Its not bugged, it just works weird in a chain.
