Selection boxes contain UR and SR cards (and ofcourse Rares and normals) from various other boxes or boxes that haven't been released yet. These packs are 200 gems each, but contain 10 cards, with a guaranteed SR or UR in each pack if I'm not mistaken.

This is a great way for more experienced players to get cards they want, for new players I wouldn't recommend this box.

Not once, but several times only (I believe around 6 to 10 boosters purchased with gems). As for getting the rest, you'll need a good ol' cash.

Yes. 500 gems and then you need to pay with real money.
