Because neither deck has a choice. The skills both require all cubic cards in the deck. Plus, Guile’s damage can actually come in handy since you can send any cubic monster to the grave to summon him, including another copy, and you can recycle him with Dharma.
I’m not sure if you accidentally posted on the wrong deck, but trying to use any card that doesn’t contain the word “Cubic” means that the skills won’t activate and cannot be used because both require all cubic cards in the deck. That said even if you could play them with the skill, you wouldn’t want to because the cubic beasts and kings can only be summoned by sending cubic monsters to the grave
Thing is, with the provided deck list, you can replace the copies of Geira Guile with another Garoodia and another Karma. This will allow you to more consistently send Vijams from the deck to the grave, and more consistently reach Buster Gundil. Sure, it's easier to summon Geira Guile, but it's also easier to punch him into the grave, thus ruining your chain.
