Konami really 🔥ed the game up with the new destiny box. The only thing you can see in pvp is naturia, phoenix and zombie. Nothing 🔥ing else. The game was so much better before that. Now people abuse these 3 decks, simply copy paste them and dont give a 🔥 about bulding their own. I get it, naturia is strong and cheap. But seriously why are you even playing the game if you don.t build your own decks? What.s the purpose? Playing a deck requires 0 skill, 0 talent. BUILDING a deck is what requires a skill. But right why would you do that if you can just copy paste a deck and play without using your brain damn. If you really want to shine in the game build your own decks cause copy pasting others is just something every idiot can do. #makepvpgreatagain

yup, before dawn of destiny and skill nerfs, there was definitely a lot more variety. you saw 3sd, harpies, relinq harpies, red eyes, and mako. very diverse!

I agreed with ya. Most are ptw players who always played the latest pack and meta, but they are hardly thinking. Actually ftp players are the more creative bunch here , for they improvise with cards they have and create competitive decks to play. Its may not be the best due to lack of many cards, but alot of times many are good decks.

3sd decks were really diverse. You could barely find two decks with the same cards, they.ve allowed you to use a great variety of cards and still be competitive. Harpies were diversr as well. In naturia decks everyone is using the same 20 cards with max 2 cards being different compared to other naturia decks. And that.s what i.m talking about when i say you need 0 skill for this deck

the game isnt p2w in the slightest, at least rn. i'd also argue that f2p are more forced to go along with the meta than p2w players since they have to invest better, so theyre most likely just going to go for whatever they know is good, rather than going for some obscure deck that may or may not be good

mfw harpies are diverse but naturias arent. whats the difference? they use their core monsters, and the rest is the same generic backrow cards. 3sd were "diverse" in the sense of actual monsters, but they all played the exact same way another variant would. i dont think you realize that there never was a diverse meta in this game lol

U are dividing things into good and bad deck. Things are not really that case. E.g mill deck can win a strong meta , is it good? Not necessary, deck with anti mill may beat it. Its just one deck type countering another type, and vice versa. Think u guys are thinking too one sided.

Got your sarcasm mate. I.m not pissed off because i lose to them. I.d say i.ve got a 50%win ration(at least to the ones in platinum). My problem is NOT that it is a strong deck and it can summon monsters easily. My problem is the lack of creativity and skill of the players to try to build their own deck. I.ve got nothing against naturia, but against people using the same 20 cards again and again.

What the hell are you saying? The first time the game came out, where there are only first 3 box (ultimate rising, age of discovery and neo impact), people were copy-pasting the SAME meta deck (the meta back then was Dino Kingdom, Daedalus and Clown Control). The meta is different, but people still do the same thing as back then

I do not see problems with copy and pasting deck. Playing against such deck you already know what cards they play and so with a proper designed deck you can beat them easily.
The real problem here, in designing our own deck is that we can use only 20 cards. There are a lot of cards that are good against one deck only but you can not use them, they are dead draw against all the other decks.

This problem could be addressed only with the possibility to use a side deck and having the duel played in three matches, allowing siding between one duel and another. But this is not the case in this game format and we have tons of card that can "shut down" copy-and-past deck we can not use!!!

You are a salty 🔥 person, Ranked is definitely not just those 3 decks, don't make assumptions based on your own experiences. There are plenty of other decks in the meta, you are probably just too trash to see those decks.

Aside from the copy/pasting issues that everyone is complaining about, naturias are really not as HAX as everyone thinks they are. the amount of bricks you get with this deck is very high, red eyes.. toons and even mako decks can beat this deck handily

Mako is pretty dead, and mako decks certainly have no more than 15-20% chance to beat naturia. And idk why people say they are getting bricks. My opponents never ever got bricks playing naturias, it just seems to me players try to avoid beatdown getting nerfed

I got to KoG August 3rd while farming win using Naturia, was farming in gold still 35wins then annoying because I had to lose on purpose every 2 games. Shot straight to KoG afterward.

i don't see how you can get a naturia deck to KOG unless you are cheating. they do good around Platinum 1, but at Platinum 5, just getting destroyed.

Oh come on... @anoy Naturia is all about otk or brick, I played AMR and tweak it toward otk or lose. Worked for me. Standard Naturia submit on KoG deck section here.

Naturia have good match up against Mil deck, Phoenix deck and even weevil due to its insect mob, Statue control is auto die to ANR, the only deck it has problem against is Red-eyes with 5 counter traps.

Beta

The problem is that archetypes were bound to be established sooner or later and the format encourages all-or-nothing OTK decks with the low health and deck count.
I just wish they'd introduced more balanced and diverse archetypes.

Forreal. Once I reached Platinum Rank, when someone 🔥ing plays Kaiba then all I 🔥ing see is Naturia deck and I'm always right 99.99999% of the time that'll be that deck. If Bandit Keith, then that Sacred Phoenix 🔥, and for Mai is Relinquished. It's just the same 🔥 in Platinum Rank.
