This kind of leak doesn't indicate they'll be obtainable. I doubt we'll get Mixeroid, though most of the others are actually plausible. Mobile Base would be much weaker here than IRL, likely lacking the Field Spell, and not having Instant Fusion as a cheap source of the Fusion Monster requried. Submarineroid's a thing, but we already have Inaba and Skystarray, so I guess it doesn't matter much.
Most of them are probably rewards. I'd guess No Entry!!, Emergeroid Call, Shield Crush, Mixeroid and Truckroid (they have a thing against high-DEF monsters) won't be obtainable. Maybe Barbaroid or Mobile Base won't be obtainable. Also, I doubt the rarities are final. (Drillroid will be Super I'd imagine, and there's a LOT of Ultras listed, so they're probably either not UR, not obtainable, etc.)
