No deck in general. Unless they're doing an unlimited loop without any benefit but I'm not even sure if it is possible with the cards we currently have.

As the other Anon said, "Slow playing" means taking a very long time for a very basic move, like waiting 1 minute, setting a card, waiting another minute and end the turn.

I never bother reporting people for "slow play", thats nonsense and why the in-game timer exists.

An example is:

Turn starts
Opponents does 60 seconds nothing
They finally set a card
They wait another 60 seconds
They end the turn

That is slow play
