He's been in all three. Ra's the one he was in for longest (basically all of seasons 2 and 3.)

yup was. and in the 4th season of GX he was obelisk blue.. but i guess that comes later on

Fourth season never got dubbed either, so I suppose that's part of the reason he doesn't wear his blue outfit too.
