No. But I stick with my first guess and say Nov 6 after the current event.

1. They usual give notice before updates but haven't heard anything yet.

2. Pegasus and Paradox Brothers at gate is kinda an event (cause I think they'd be swapped out, could be wrong). They don't have two events happen at once (other than double gold/EXP, etc)
