Just build evil eye. I hate that deck but if you're starting out that's a hell of a matchup for us Blue eyes players. Karma cut is useless since the boss cant be targeted most of the time and it banishes all your stones in the GY. When there's a facedon card expect it to be Evil eye defeat in which case twin burst is useless too. A deck that can be hard to deal with using the current top deck is good at the very least.
If youre a new player and decide to go with evil eye I suggest going thru the box only once amd use your dream ticket to get Selene and the Evil Eye field spell. Many will say that Dream tickets are better for staples but Look at fiendish chain and you'll know staples dont last long in meta RN. Getting Selene and the Field spell lets you finish the main deck in the 1st 4 days of your account.
Idk about other but the 2nd comment is mine, My reason is that just like how PotG is for newbie. Evil eyes as an enhanced PotG deck could be easy to use and easy to win which is suited for newbie if they want to play it.
Blue eyes is the best option thanks to being iconic of the game so any newbie would easily find it fun to play, although more expensive.
