I don't know how this is supposed to help summoning Neos Wiseman...would have been better if it's "banish 1 Neos to SS Yubel" since Neos has more ways to be brought out.
Both have a fairly large number of ways to Summon them, especially from the Graveyard. And regardless, this skill is garbage. It's based on Neos Wiseman's anime effect, though. (When Wiseman's destroyed in the anime, you can banish Yubel to Summon Neos from the GY.)
