The only "Volcanic" related cards left to be released are Queen (which isn't his), and Blaze Accelerator Reload.

Everything else are already released in a box.

And the only manga card from him that we don't have yet is The Blazing Mars, which is a powerful Burn card, so we're very unlikely to get it in a 4000 LP format.

Dunno, they have added stranger things that made less sense, like Lumis and Umbra.
Going by your logic here, they have no card uniquely their own, apart from Mask of Restrict.

There's also the fact they added Tristan, who isn't even a duelist and has no actual cards his own
