Should i contact with Konami support to get my account back?
I blame Konami because they didn't say that ID Konami is very important to get my account back.
You don't understand what i meant.
Konami aren't guilty at all, But i think if Konami taught that ID konami that we need to get a account back, I less likely to lost my account. :)
I suppose players ,who play any games,have to ensure they don't lost their owns' account.
Hey, I experience similar issue as you before and losing my 150+ days account because NOBODY or KONAMI didn't tell anything to make konami ID when I started the game. I fill all their inquiry accurately BUT because I wasn't spend and didn't have any bill purchase evidence, they CAN'T recover my account. So yeah, you CAN'T recover your account if you don't spend and have to start over.
