Ultimate Dragon isn't op. I seen it summoned legitaly once because I let it, because I had trap to destroy tributed monsters. Btw rank "king of games"

Probably that was the dog tag card(symbols of duty) from the latest pack but you need to tribute a monster first, so it's basically a costly monster reborn.

Or Monster Reincarnation, which is a much worse version of Reborn that you can get in the Chaotic Compliance pack.

No there isn't at least right now. However there is a similar card called monster reincarnation which does let's you summon a monster from your graveyard but you must discard 1 card. You can get it from the chaotic compliance card packs. It's a SR spell card

I had the same thing happen to me I was playing a pegasus character and he used monster reborn to summon a monster from my graveyard

TO CLARIFY::: monster reborn is not a collectible card yet. HOWEVER, you have a random chance of drawing it when you use pegasus’ “creator” skill.

While dueling in the Earth&Wind tower I was battling a monster and he used a monster Reborn so I believe they may add it to a pack some point in time.

NPC's have been using cards the player can't obtain since the beginning of the game. Some of them we'll probably never get. I don't see us ever getting cards like Ectoplasmer, Magic Cylinder or Amazoness Village.

if your opponent played monster reborn, some event AIs use it, otherwise its usable with pegasus creator skill, but creator could give you other cards during the duel too (only for the match, not forever)
