But what's confusing me tho' is that he/she also used the term "pignoy"... I have a few friends who are from the Philippines and from their past comments written in tagalog I can only guess that this is a VERY rude term to use considering that Pinoy (without the "g" -_-) is an informal term referring to the filipino people.
