How is it sarcasm? For each "Extra Deck +" you have, your Extra Deck will be increased by 1. Sounds like it's a p2w item

Extra deck + just means the extra deck is happy += positive and positive means happy

They way they phrase it ("for each ____ you have"), it's an item you need to get, most likely by buying it.

Well I hope all these doubters are happy but it seems unlikely. It is now clear not only how you get the first one, which is easy enough but the "tip" that comes up does indicate "lifetime missions" plural meaning there may be another one added for doing fusions in future.

You can get an Extra Deck + summoning 100 synchro monsters. It's a life mission.
