Personally, I wouldn't run Vennominaga in a deck based around Venom Swamp. It takes a fair bit of deck investment, and Venom Swamp needs a lot of backrow to not immediately fall on its face. Venom as a deck isn't amazing anyway, but still.
Vennominaga cannot be summoned that way. In the text it says "only by the effect of rise of the snake deity and cannot be special summoned by other ways".
