I tried Thunder Dragons deck with many Trap and Spell cards but too slow, The opponent is always faster to beat me. -.-
I only have 1 Fusion Gate and 3 Polymerization

I purchase a second twin-head only to beat this annoying deck. Plus I play four fusion substitutes (lucky for me one of them is king of the swamp), balance skill and I have two master of oz, and play riryoku field... 75-80% win-rate

The strongest card from those deck are spells, so I used silent magician + Horus black dragon deck to solve all missions

Yeah Horus could be the best solution to counter Tribute to the doomed and Soul Exchange. Too bad I don't have these cards... :(

This is my base for Lotus Knight, if you have a Horus LV6 & LV8 it would be a better fit then Freed. Hope it helps. I'm just finishing of some hard ones
