This card isn't that good. Not even deserve SR. B rating is right.

You need to synchro summon, then equip a card to it, then only you can remove 1 card to destroy 1 monster.

That's too much resources for a 1to1.

Keep in mind the Vylon equips replace themselves, so you're not really losing anything by using the destruction effect.

This card is good actually but normal vylons we have/will have are not good to make a deck for them.
