Why the hell everyone is looking for super hard alternatives to counter this card? Use Twister or Stamping Destruction or Harpies' Hunting Ground or Burning Land before your opponent summons Levia or this.
You failed doing so? Use Enemy Controller just before your opponent uses its effect and then use any kind of monster destruction cards next turn.
