My Shiranui deck always use 1 Sarco 2 Squire 2 Spectral formation.

Sarco is useful because it can turn into a free cyclone with Spiritmaster on the deck.

The same reason why Invoked and Blackwing remain untouched. Konami love expensive decks to stay in tier list

The worse thing is they prefer update the banlist instead of release a good box containing new top tier deck

After Future Horizon, Konami only released garbage boxes. Even banlist cannot help those boxes to become top tier, except some cards like Ballista Squid which is ironically more useful in Shiranui than in newer archetypes.
