However, lets pretend I do own 3x MW.

If I owned 3x MW, I still wouldn't play 3x MW in this deck.

It would be a mistake to do so.

MW isn't essential!
Bird Face is essential!

You can't replace Bird Face!

Khang played a deck with only one Birdface. So it isn´t that essential. Can you replace it? No. It's a deck thinner and you get
a key card. Do you need 3? In my eyes, no. 2x is enough but that's a personal preference.
Elaborate why 3x MW is a mistake? Not that I use that card, but I'm just curious.

Khang won KOG by luck even he admitted it.
A Harpie's deck with only 1 Bird face is ludicrous.

The only reason a person would run a deck with only 1 Bird Face is if the player hasn't been able to acquire the other 2 copy's yet.

Bird Face does so much more than thin your deck.

If people wish to run 0, 1, or 2 copy's of Bird Face, They are free to do so.

People do a lot of stupid things in life.

In case you are wondering Bird Face does the below:

-Thins your deck
-Gives you +1 card advantage
-Searches combo pieces which can help you build further advantages.

The reason why is because they can be popped!

You have to remember Harpies' are very popular in the meta.

Why would you run 3x MW so they can be crushed by a popular top tier deck?

It would be very foolish.

People think the Harpies' are popular only because they are doing good right now.

Believe it or not the Harpie decks have always been popular!

In real life & in virtual games, The Harpie decks have always remained popular.

In fact, Did you know the Harpie design you see now isn't the original design?

The original Harpie cards were sexually explicit!

If you go look at the Harpie cards, You will see a purple suit on them.

The purple suit you see now is new!
The original card designs showed skin/cleavage.

Konami made a recall & changed the card design to add purple suits!

The reason why is because Mothers complained about there son's having sexually reviling cards.

First of all, yes I know what Birdface can do and its benefits in a harpie lady deck. Like I said, it isn't replaceable, but to add more than two of the same cards in a deck is not something I would do. I'd make some adjustments and throw in something unexpected just for a somewhat different gameplay.

But that's just me. Like you said, if you throw in 1, 2, 3 or even 0. Thats up to the creator himself.
Furthermore, Not throwing in a 3x MW because it's poppable is not a correct reason in my eyes. Most of those cards are. Heck even cards like Sergeant, Mirage etc. do a good job. Fact is, it's a staple and those can be used in any deck.

Deinos, I never said MW wasn't a staple.
It is a staple card.

What I said is you shouldn't be running 3x of them.

I do believe a person should run 1 or 2 MW's.

However, There is a huge difference between running a few vs running 3.

You are committing a large portion of your traps in your deck based on a single continue spell!

Is that really what you want to do?
