I have been checking here for a while now. Gonna say I was very worried when I read the comments here. Anyway, I logged into DuelLink today and found my account has been restored even though so far I haven't received a concluding email from Konami Customer Support informing that my account has been restored. I filed for the Account Recovery (I had my old DuelList ID) at Friday night on March 10th, received first email from Konami Customer Support in the morning on March 12th to ask for screenshots of purchase order (I have spent roughly 320 dollars on this game so far). After I sent screenshots I got another email one day later telling me to agree to their account recovery terms, which I said Yes. One day later I receive another email saying that "we are confirming this matter with the department-in-charge". I got my account restored another day later after I received the previous email. Overall it took roughly 6~7 days to get my account restored since I filed for account recovery so for me it wasn't as bad as some people commented here. Of course, different conditions may apply for different people so I am not saying people are lying. Just want to put down here what my experience on this whole account recovery thingy.
Personally I am waiting for 2 weeks now, even though I had submitted 2 purchase receipts and other details... so I take with a grain of salt any comments which claim that their accounts have been restored in 5 or 6 days...
Of course, different conditions may apply for different people so I am not saying people are lying. Just want to put down here what my experience on this whole account recovery thingy.
