Would be cool to get a free Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon on Kite's Starter Deck, just like... every pre-5DS character in the game, with at least one free copy of the ace monster in there.
Personally, I don't see why not. They've been keeping non-fusion extra deck monsters out of starter decks, and since Galaxy Eyes isn't even in the Extra deck, if they don't I'll be 🔥 disappointed.
Neo Galaxy Eyes makes sense though
Every good card should be purchasable only with money, this is the strategy of the best companies, like Apple/Samsung: no ear plug cable, no wall charger and price up. Next time: no battery. Next: no cable usb.
I think Normal Kalin got his Synchro Ace at Starter Deck, but I think it also was obtainable farming him.
Galaxy-Eyes hardly will become a meta card or something, I also I'd be completely up for a free Starter Deck copy. But after what they did with Zane and Cyber Dragons... not impossible, but extremely unlikely, sadly.
