Nope, AG still could be stopped. As for Sphynx, what you need is floodgate or any effect that doesnt target monster

I just got Lvl 20 in the KC Cup by playing Cyber Angels because everyone was spamming Sylvan. It's pretty easy, just summon Dakini on turn 1 and they are done
