I dont think so, he is just like RA event, even though we get those card no one would use them more than 1 copy in the deck

I will probably run 2 Terror Incarnate because of Spellbook banish and 1 Ultimate Nightmare is enough.

I'm glad this event is returning. I missed out on Yubel the Ultimate Nightmare because my appendix decided to burst. I'm perfectly fine obtaining a second copy of Terror Incarnate if its applicable. I also suspect this new skill will maybe have something to do with the Sacred Beasts and their fused form.

I do agree. 2 Terrors is probably enough. Putting a playset of each form will most likely get you unplayable starting hands.
