I seriously hope there isn't. Having to summon 100 times a monster that requires 3 tributes and remains a 0/0, unless you shave your LP, is a pain... of course, you could try some Monstermorph shenanigans, but you won't be able to use the LP shaving effect, so 0/0 for ever and compared to Gandora it's still trash... I don't see him good with other skills either (Life Cost 0, Destiny Draw...)
He might be good in afarm deck.... low l.p. bonus, destroys annoying cards, high attack to pass with union.
Haven't tested my idea yet, bit if it works out might see if it unlocks aplaymatt.
If by "Teas skill" you mean Life Cost 0, how are you supposed to do that? To trigger it, your LP must be 1000-, what high ATK can RA get? Unless you activate the skill, flip double Aegis and than activate Ra's effect...sounds terrible anyway...

Tribute 3 ras disciple(?), easy to get 3 on board, for Ra. Give all Lp to Ra so you have only 100 left.
Every turn use Ras effect to clear your opponents monsters cost free with skill. Finally use uniom attack with 3900 (hopefully) Ra and farm away as usual.
Well, no, not quite high, with Serket and less effort I can do better. And "Every turn use Ras effect to clear your opponents monsters cost free with skill"...maybe, just maybe you need to read the skill again: You can only use the skill once per DUEL, not per turn ;-)
Hah no. Read the card - because there is a full stop before the statement it means you can repeatedly use the skill. “You can pay 1000LP, then target one monster on the field; destroy that target.”
You could use it more than once per turn if you wanted. You could also target your own monsters. The only limitation is that you have to target so it wouldn’t work on Chaos Command Magician etc.
Guys, you're playing dumb or what? THE SKILL LIFE COST 0 CAN BE USED ONLY ONCE PER DUEL. Is that clear enough? Which means no chance of using it every turn. Once you use, you close the duel (for good or worse). Which means NO CHANCE OF USING RA'S EFFECT FOR FREE EVERY TURN, becuase LIFE COST can be used ONLY ONCE.

Maybe there is, we don't know, someone should try to summon it 100 times, while playing against normal lv10 duelists, or lv10 LD duelists like Rex.
