I believe I normal summoned it a couple turns before trying to use its effect. However I'd like to know if special summoning it with Junk Synchron prevents using Anchor's effect. I've been trying to activate Anchor's effect for days and I always end feeling dumber
Anything summoned by Junk Synchron has its effects negated.
However, I'm stumped here because from what you said there, and the screenshot, looks like there doesn't seem to be anything that negate Junk Anchor's effect. Junk Warrior should be able to be revived and then used as material for Junk Berserker.
Level checks out, material checks out, so I don't know what's the issue.
I doubt it's a bug. (It probably wouldn't say Anchor's negated, it'd just not Summon anything.) My guess is either you Summoned it with Junk Synchron, or a continuous effect like Gorgon's Eye or Destiny HERO - Plasma negated it.
Still say Junk Synchron's the likely culprit, since I'd expect you used Junk Synchron + Junk Warrior to Summon that Stardust.
