Not really, dueling and winning against NPCs can be done with fun decks instead of meta decks.

PVP isn't the only thing to do in this game.

i have token deck. token monster, token spell, token trap, but not suited on pvp since its a fun deck.

I use a jam breeding machine/aqua chorus/wetlands deck

I absolutely agree.

Why put ourselves in the toxic paid-meta when there's actually ton cards to play and to have fun with.

The meta is not competitive anymore, but just a matter of luck.
