I was referring to the anon that made that smartass comment,whether or not you are that person is not important, however whoever did make that comment is obviously ignorant of how this game works, unlike ygopro you can't just search any card and slap it in,in other words we have a limited pool of cards and therefore have to use this junk despite it being 2017
reinforcements was only good at the start of duel links and rising energy has never been worth it. theres a reason why you never see a duel links deck with either of them in 2017 lol.
You make a good point but if cards like those are your only options then you might as well take them lol,although that would only apply to very new (or just really clueless)players,have to disagree with rising energy though, 1500 boost is pretty good even if it does cost you hand advantage
