Not impressive but over time I can see this reaching tier 2 or so. Any future Dark Machines we get does combo with desperado so that's nice I guess.

Desperado will likely get splashed into Cyber Dark decks, which should actually reach tier 1 potentially.

im not sure about that, desperado looks very strong and splashable in any dark machine deck thinkable. Is like waking the dragon in tcg, all dark machine deck now has access to a very good boss monster
