You can bait backrow with vanguard as well and they can't destroy with card effect if you have blue eyes in grave. Majisty of blue eyes could work well for deck thining and setting up soul res
Think he means like force em to pop their back row because if they destroy vanguargio with a back row n you got BEWD in your GY you're gonna be able to get him out with vanguargio's effect
