Because it's a stupidly powerful card that basically makes one third of the card pool useless? Jinzo would ruin the game and everything would switch to spells/monsters. It's just too stupid.
It is actually pretty smart to counter all those "champions vigilance"'s and jinzo ist still easy to beat, funny that people are saying "he would destroy the game" but knowing 🔥 about yugioh. Btw the game right now is unbalanced as 🔥 so start to complain about that.
Nah it's not that strong. There is so many cards that can destroy this monster especialy otc or other spell cards. The only matter is that those skill like 3SD.. konami gave their player a free cheat

Yeah, but now there's Horus LV 8, not to mention a certain equip card that negates monster effects. If one built a deck specifically around that lockdown combo, it could be very powerful.
It could be but trying to completely lock down your opponent is rather difficult for various reasons,can't see too many situations where jinzo and Horus are gonna be on the field together and personally imo royal decree is more reliable
