It is broken. If you don't destroy their face down without flip it first then gg. So it all depends on your starting hand. This reminds me Harpies back in the day; If you didn't open with twister you'd lost the game. Same with pre nerfed CA-Econ, Ssa-Cyclon. Imo these scenarios you need to open with card x to counter card y should not even be the case, but sadly more and more games rely on luck...
