It is MUST Trigger Activate every time it needs to save itself or a Toon monster. If that Trigger becomes sealed, then its a waste of space until the turn is over.
According to rulings, TKs protection effect continuously applies, but TK itself is only activated upon the initial placement of the card, so Anti Magic Arrows will not do anything against TK
^ That is continuous effect, you want rullings? I think you should go understand the rule more. Just think about magic jammer, can you negate the effect of TK using magic jammer?
This should be an easy call on the ruling. It should absolutely shut down TK. The card reads 'Spell/Trap cards, AND THEIR EFFECTS, cannot be activated'.
xox I don't want to be rude, but in that case is you who needs to understand more. Compare magic jammer with this card is just a mistake. Magic jammer can only prevent a spell to active, thats why you cannot use it after TK is on the field. But Anti-Magic Arrows effects says "Spell/Trap Cards, AND THEIR EFFECTS" wich means the turn you active it, you can destroy toon monsters by battle
