I was SO ready to make a Golden Castle Deck, and then I find out that Hexe Trude isn’t in the mini box. Was that card too busted to be released in DL? Considering in the same mini box u can get Dimensional Prison, I doubt it.

That is a stupid argument. First, Hexe effect relies entirely on the Castle being in the field, which is vulnerable to backrow removal(Carriage prevents the Castle's destruction, but that requires setup in a deck with a time limit). Second, Hexe doesn't disable backrow, unlike Reactor. Third, Hexe's effect can be negated, negating the double attack,or being destroyed if Divine Wrath is used

3- I just realized the double-attack only works on monsters, so Hexe Trude is EVEN WORSE than I thought. That card totally should’ve been in the mini box.
