For lvl 30 Bakura I used this Deck. If you don't have 2 Union Attack just use 1 Spell Reclamation as a substitute for the 2. one. Shard and Jar of Greed is for the speed so you can keep up with Bakura's Goblin Zombie draw. So far I got consistent 8000+ points with it.
PS: The 2. White Dragon is to prevent getting him as last card so you can also tribute summon him and get those points too.
