Agent deck can be played without Venus anyway. Venus is arguably the worst Agent. Unless you're talking about collecting all of them.

Venus is good tribute fodder and can be used with double summon or valhalla to summon a powerful 3 tribute monster or god card in one turn

Ehhh, Venus for that purpose is highly questionable. There’s so much brick potential playing it as a “god card engine” and hoping you open up with exactly 3 cards you need out of 4 in your opening hand- while playing 3 dead draws in your deck

Venus is good for Xyz monsters and great for Link monsters. But in the current DL meta it's just bad or gimmicky at its best
